  1.                            WinBag Installation

  4.   WinBag may be installed using the standard MicroSoft Setup procedure.
  5.  Copy all files to a floppy disk or to a work directory on the hard
  6.  disk. Then run the WinBag Setup from Windows.

  8.   Click File
  9.   Click Run
  10.    At Command Line type a:setup           'if files were copied to diskette
  11.                         c:\work\setup     'if files were copied to hard disk
  12.   Click OK

  15.   WinBag tools are written in Visual Basic version 1.0, therefore,
  16.  require the run-time DLL VBRUN100.DLL. If you downloaded the version of
  17.  WinBag that does not have the .DLL file and you don't have it, most BBSs
  18.  have the file downloadable separately.
